My Story
I began my insurance career in 2012 after working in residential remodeling and real estate. Like many new agents, I was initially drawn by the flexible schedule, unlimited earning potential, the promise of lifetime residual income, and the opportunity to build a business. However, I quickly realized the amount of dedication required for long-term success is immense, and burnout is a real challenge. I also learned if you can weather those first few tough years, you can establish a solid foundation for longevity.
My journey started with door-knocking recycled leads, spending seven days a week on the road. Early on, I learned that consistent activity is the key to success. I became disciplined with my schedule, ensuring a constant lead flow and diligently following up on every opportunity. After achieving sustained success in sales, I shifted my focus to recruiting and training agents, passing on the techniques that worked for me.
Now in my 13th year, I am grateful for the opportunities this industry has provided. I actively seek new agents and agencies who may need just a few adjustments to unlock their full potential. Having built my career from the ground up, I’ve encountered every challenge a new agent or agency might face, allowing me to offer guidance from personal experience. My trainings and resources are open to all, regardless of whether or not we work together. I believe that we share a collective responsibility to elevate this industry, and that when we help each other succeed, everyone benefits. A rising tide truly raises all boats!
